For the world's most discerning individuals, wellness is no longer a destination — it is a daily discipline built into the fabric of the home. The modern private wellness space goes far beyond the traditional home gym or sauna; it is a clinical-grade sanctuary designed for longevity, performance, and profound restoration.
I Feel Spa International translates 25 years of commercial luxury spa expertise into the private realm. We engineer bespoke wellness environments for royal palaces, ultra-luxury penthouses, and private estates across the GCC and Africa. Every project is conceived as an ecosystem — integrating spatial architecture, thermodynamic sequences, and elite recovery technologies into a seamless, deeply personal experience.
A true private wellness space requires the same rigorous engineering as a commercial medi-spa, calibrated perfectly for individual use. We structure our private projects around four core modalities.
Precision-engineered hot and cold sequences, from custom Russian Banyas to medical-grade IcePods, driving cardiovascular adaptation and immune resilience.
Integration of cellular recovery technologies including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Iyashi Dôme far-infrared, and red light therapy systems.
Biomechanical training spaces featuring PelviPower, i-moove, and bespoke Pilates apparatus, optimized for both intense conditioning and rehabilitation.
Acoustically treated environments featuring ThermoSpa floatation and neuro-acoustic rest stations to force parasympathetic reset and lower cortisol.
A private wellness suite is a medically and therapeutically curated environment — integrating heat therapy, cryotherapy, hydrotherapy, and advanced body treatment technologies — as opposed to exercise equipment. Where a home gym focuses on fitness training, a private wellness suite focuses on recovery, longevity, stress reduction, and therapeutic benefit. The investment is comparable to a high-specification home gym, but the health outcomes are complementary and distinct.
Meaningful private wellness environments can begin with as little as 15–25m² — sufficient for a cryotherapy unit, an infrared dome, and a reclining EMS device. A comprehensive multi-zone suite with thermal, aquatic, and recovery areas typically requires 60–150m². We assess your available space, structural constraints, and plumbing/electrical capacity before making any recommendations.
Yes. The GCC — and specifically the UAE — is one of our primary markets for private wellness. We have specified and overseen installations in Dubai villas, Abu Dhabi compounds, and Saudi residential estates. We manage all aspects including supplier import logistics, local contractor coordination, authority approvals where applicable, and post-installation commissioning and staff training.
Most of the technologies we install are classified as wellness devices rather than medical equipment — meaning they do not require a licensed medical practitioner to operate for personal use. However, we always recommend an initial health assessment and orientation by a qualified wellness practitioner when introducing technologies such as cryotherapy or advanced EMS. We can coordinate this as part of our turnkey installation service.
