We adapt our specification completely to the operational context of each property.
Yes. The Maldives is one of our most active markets for both hotel spa development and private wellness commissions. Maldives installations require careful logistics planning — all equipment arrives by sea freight and then by speedboat to the specific atoll, often requiring craned lifts for heavy items. We manage this entirely, including customs clearance, duty documentation, and installation by certified engineers who travel to the site. We have established relationships with Maldivian customs agents and freight forwarders.
In tropical climates, we recommend technologies with cooling as much as heating benefits. Cold plunge pools and IcePod cryotherapy are highly effective in hot environments — the contrast effect is amplified by ambient temperatures.
