The Science
Uses far-infrared (FIR) radiation to penetrate deep into soft tissue (4–5 cm) without raising ambient air temperature uncomfortably. FIR activates cellular mitochondria, increases local circulation, promotes perspiration at a cellular level (eliminating heavy metals and metabolic waste), and provides deep muscle relaxation without the cardiovascular stress of traditional saunas. The dome format — enclosing the body while the head remains outside — allows clients with respiratory sensitivities to benefit.
Benefits & Applications
- Deep tissue detoxification
- Chronic pain and muscle relaxation
- Post-treatment skin glow (popular in aesthetic clinics)
- Recovery for chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia
- Weight management support (approximately 400–600 kcal per session)
- Improved microcirculation for skin quality
