Sanatorium Demidkovo commissioned a comprehensive 4,200m² wellness centre combining traditional Russian rehabilitation medicine with modern wellness technology. The challenge was to create a facility that served both medical rehabilitation guests and wellness-focused visitors within a unified concept.
Our concept integrated traditional balneotherapy and physiotherapy with cutting-edge wellness technologies including cryotherapy, far-infrared therapy, and hydrotherapy circuits. The spatial design created clear zones while maintaining a cohesive guest journey.
The completed 4,200m² centre features 15 treatment rooms, a full aquathermal complex, a medical hydrotherapy wing, a Russian banya, fitness centre, and rehabilitation gymnasium. The facility serves 200+ guests daily.
