Palmira Hotels Group commissioned I Feel Spa International to develop a world-class spa facility that would establish a new benchmark for business hotel spas in its market. The challenge was to create a 3,700m² spa that served both the business traveller seeking efficient recovery and the leisure guest expecting a full resort-level spa experience.
We delivered a complete full-cycle development engagement covering concept development, design brief, technology planning, equipment procurement, and startup management. Our team worked closely with the hotel's ownership and architectural team to ensure every spatial decision was optimised for both guest experience and commercial performance.
The concept centred on a dual-zone approach: a high-throughput wellness zone for business guests (express treatments, thermal circuit, fitness) and a premium spa zone for extended stays (couples suites, VIP treatment rooms, signature rituals). This strategy maximised revenue per square metre by serving two distinct guest profiles within a single facility.
The completed 3,700m² spa features 10 treatment rooms, a comprehensive aquathermal complex with hammam, an infinity experience pool, a dedicated fitness area, and a full beauty salon. The facility became the benchmark for business hotel spas in its market, achieving strong occupancy from its first month of operation.
