Balance Wellness Resort Cyprus needed a medical spa concept combining clinical aesthetic medicine with luxury spa relaxation — bridging two very different operational models in the competitive Mediterranean resort market.
We developed a dual-pathway concept: a clinical pathway (consultations, aesthetic treatments, diagnostic wellness assessments) and a relaxation pathway (massage, hydrotherapy, facial rituals). Both share the same premium design environment but are operationally separated for regulatory compliance.
The 1,200m² facility includes 6 treatment rooms (2 medical-grade), a thermal suite, an outdoor relaxation terrace, a retail zone, and consultation rooms. It became one of the most sought-after wellness destinations on the island.
